If you don't get much response on getting custom ones made - Time Fantasy "Farm and Fort" DLC has a lot of (Stardew Valley-ish) Icons with that pack that you could edit with a graphic tool and make tools for your game from. Just take the image off the icon and put it on a character sheet of your own ( or a tileset sheet for that matter)

There definitely exists a fishing rod sprite already. I think it's by ccoa, but I can't find it right now.

And I think @Avery has a farmer with a hoe, but the image seems down in her thread.
