Rotating map sprites?

Hello all,


I am new to RPG Maker MV. and I am just wondering if there us a way to rotate the sprites before, or after you place them on the map. IE: rotating a bed so it is sideways rather than longways Also as a side note where can i buy/get more art for more modern settings?

You can rotate a sprite in a graphic program like GIMP or Photoshop before you use it, but that isn't as simple as rotating a picture.


But you cannot rotate them by command without changing the graphic file.


You can purchase resources on the website's main store (www.rpgmakerweb.com), but there are only very few available for MV yet as the program is still new.

RPG maker is not 3D, rotating sprites will not look as you expecting.


For example a rotating bed will look like this:





Form the persepecitve that the maker show the sprites it's totally wrong.


So if you want a sideway bed, for example, you will need a specific graphic for the sideway bed added to your tileset

Sorry I'm still learning,  I'm a writer, so this is all a huge learning curve for me.
