I was browsing through the Steam forums and I came across someone mentioning the Royal Tilesets, so I check the Steam store and found that it was a DLC pack. I also check the forum store here and found that it wasn't available and that it was part of the Humble Bundle a while back. I never knew about the Humble Bundle and so I missed out on the Royal Tileset and I was wondering if it will remain a Steam exclusive or will it be made available to the forum store here?

Someone on these forums mentioned the Royal pack as well, when I brought up how lauphably bad the castle related resources are, however I can't find it posted anywhere, so their suggestion is rather moot sigh.
I would love to atleast see what tiles were in this set, and why Isn't it offered for sale on the site anymore sigh.
I believe it was a set made by someone who isn't a member here, but made the tiles and solely sold them to steam. Although I could be wrong so take that with a grain of salt.
I can vouch, however, for the tiles. They are pretty nice!
@Super Galaxy, to comment on your original question, I didn't find a Royal set with my Humble Bundle deal, so I hope I didn't screw something up!!!
***************Ooops, I'm a dope, they are there in the DLC folder!********************
Okay, I just have to comment here. The "laughably bad" thing.....
Sticking this in a spoiler cuz this wasn't a resource request - my bad - never post late at night!
There are more "Medieval" type tiles than anything else for RPG Maker, but you do have to become familiar with the tilesets and realize that you will be more successful to start with what you have, work with that, and then add a few personal touches, than to want an entire dream set.
There ARE extraordinarily beautiful tiles to be used.
I have linked them before. I will go get the links in aminute and add them here again.
But one of the genuine challenges is just becoming familiar with what is out there and learning how to put it to use.
I suggest browsing the mapping and project development threads and seeing what you come up with!
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most.
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
