RPG for Android - Does the default export fit to all Google Play requirements ?

Hello,
I want to know if, when I export a game for android with RPG Maker MV, it fits to all therms of use and requirements of google play?

I ask, because I did read in the text of the following link, that there are some requirements about how the app should act if there is a message or a phonecall incomming for example:

They write for example for Android 8.0 the following:

"Notification Channels

You should define notification interruption properties on a per-channel basis.

You must assign notifications to a channel for the notifications to appear.

This version of the platform supports NotificationCompat.Builder"

Where they also write about other requirements.

Does anybody know if such settings are already included in the app when you export it or if you nedd to add them by yourself?

Pretty sure that only applies if your game or app supports such features. If it doesn't, wouldn't apply.

You'll have to add stuff like that yourself if you've determined you'll need it

Did anybody maybe finished allready an app and does know how it acts when a phonecall is incomming or a message arrives?

I think that the default export doesn't have anything. It's not an app, nor does it can control anything in the phone, since it's pure javascript and javascript can't do much as far as I know.

MV Games always require a browser to run it. In PC, there's NWjs( which is Chromium + nodeJS) running the game. On mobile it requires a browser that loads the game files locally. That browser is the one responsible for following the requirements, as it is the true app running.

I think it follows all requirements of google play (Leaving the 100MB limit to you, obviously).

While others, like web2apk, create an .apk without following any requirements unless you pay for it.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
