RPG Maker 2003 RTP on the site is wrong.

Remember how RM2003 with Steam has some RM2K resources in the RTP?
The RTP on the site (Here: http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages#rpg-maker-2003) has the RM2k ones (Title and stuff)

Well, isn't correct?  As far as I know, it supposed to come with the RM2000 assets as well since the new stuff for 2003 doesn't make for a full RTP, except for battlers and such.  Audio-wise, the collection would be far smaller and the chipsets are the ones from 2003.  As for the 2000 in the Titles, since the two share resources, isn't is safe to assume that the old pirated versions only said 2003 on them because people edited them?  Checking against an old pirated version I saw on Google image search, the outline is more prominent in the "2003" version, which means they probably just photoshopped the 3 into the 2000.

Long story short, it contains the correct resources, despite saying 2000 since the resources were shared between the two versions.

On the Steam version of RM2k3, they fixed this in an update:
 

RTP: The ship tileset and the title screens were accidentally from the RPG Maker 2000 RTP instead of the RPG Maker 2003 RTP.

The Steam and RMWeb versions are now different.
