I see other place offer just one Steam CD Key for $41. Are they both legit copies? Regard to bundle only tier4 that I need, the rest are not needed.

Sadly, without the RPG Maker VX it's the only one I've been missing in my collection so far.

VX isn't on Steam and I am not sure if there are any plans to get it on Steam. Before I started to collect all the affordable RPG-Maker items, the only reason for me to get VX was because I inherited an old RPG-Maker Game (incl. source-files) which was partly converted to VX (originally from XP). Not sure if many people would buy VX on Steam.

Tonbi's MZ material factory
That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. 
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design...
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
