RPG maker MV child generator

Well the company just release a nearly empty child generator to all of us. Thanks Archeia and the team's hard work on this new start to the RPG making journey! Hopefully still it remains some room for shifting original parts to child generator. But still child generator may require some professionals to tailor made clothes and accessories for the lovely kids. It is a long way to go.

So here's the deal. The child generator is a pretty cool extra feature. It is not "the company" releasing it to the best of my knowledge - as in, this is not something Kadakowa has done, but rather, Archeia and her team. 


It it is a bonus. An extra thing. Something not a part of the deal when you purchased MV. 


So yeah, this amazing wonderful FREE upgrade is a bit bare bones. Which means we have to do one of two things: purchase the Season Pass DLC which will contain child generator pieces when it's next released; or wait and be patient until the community starts releasing free pieces for it.

Oh even if there's not much in it yet, I'm in desperate need for it^^ Is it it's own generator or simply parts for the existing one?

@DTracy3 The child generator has been added in the update to MV that came out yesterday. If you use a Steam version, it will automatically update. Otherwise you will need to find the update topic at the top of the forums and manually update.


@wind_eternity Yes, it is. She and others have been working hard to bring this to MV users.

I'll be working on some gen parts for it don't you worry there and I'm sure I'm not the only one xD I've been waiting for such a template (even resorted to making my own child gen parts so I already have a pretty decent start with those but that "generator" was a photoshop one using layers so it'll have to be transferred to the engine's generator and fitted to work). 


I've just been so busy lately I haven't been able to do too much with MV and so I've kinda fallen behind a bit lol. But yeah I do plan on getting a few child gen sets made up over the next couple of months. xP Having a template makes it easier for sure.

I bought RMMV earlier this month and cannot find the kid parts.
How can I find the update? It can't be the 1.3.1 version under the site's updates.

This thread has nothing to do with General Discussion, which is not about resources. Please read the various descriptions for the different forums before posting if you are unsure about where something goes.

There is already discussion in the various MV threads. @MobileSuitSonic It's in 1.3.5 update, not 1.3.1. You have also necro-posted.
