When I deploy my game to the Windows Store, the plugins do not work.

I am really loving RPG Maker MV! I do however have an issue deploying to the Windows Store using Visual Studio 2017 and Cordova 6.3.1. Points to note:
  • Plugins run in RPG Maker MV 1.5 testing.
  • Plugins run in debugging using Visual Studio.
  • Plugins run on release version testing for ARM and x86 using Visual Studio.
  • Plugins run on Android version in Google Play store.
  • All software is up to date (RPG Maker MV, Visual Studio 2017, Windows 10)
  • Deploying to .exe for Windows works fine, plugins ran in that version.
  • All .js files are in UTF-8 encoding.
I found a couple of posts from someone else on this same issue but there is no answer. The internet at large (google, bing, duckduckgo, yahoo, etc.) is unaware of how to resolve this issue:

If we can resolve this together as a community I will be more than happy to put a tutorial together on how I did it start to finish. It was not actually that hard to get a game made and published using Visual Studio.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
