RPG Maker MV game problem

I got this Error everytime I tried playing this game. Not at the start but a few seconds/minutes after the intro and a few scenes of dialogue. Can you please tell me what I have to do to resolve this error or how to bypass it?

I see there is a contact e-mail address there for questions. Unless this same user is also here, I'm not sure you'll find an answer here, since it's probably a bug in the game's code that the maker would need to fix. You'll probably want to contact the maker directly.


From what I can tell, I think a file might be missing in the game's folder (or was renamed), and when the game calls to draw it, the computer can't find it.
