RPG Maker MV keeps freezing OS X

Good day!

I bought RPG Maker MV just yesterday from Steam but it keeps crashing/freezing whenever I do something to it like click on the menu option or even just simple right click on something. I hope someone here can help me. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and atm, I am redownloading the game from Steam. Below is the specs of my Mac.

I found that happens also, but only when steam shows the option to "join others".
I find that if you wait a minute, then click for the first time, the problems stop (for the day)

Hm, i find this really annoying, i got OSX too and RPG Maker is running like a machine, didn't had a single crash since update 1.3.
My advise would be trying different versions, maybe it's just 1.5.1 that is making problems for you

Okay - i also recognized you are still using El Capitan - so you are 2 Versions back from the newest OSX.

You should definitely install High Sierra ;-)
