RPG Maker MV sprite to large problem {Solved}

Hello everyone im trying to use this sprite in my game

the size is 248 x 804
and when i import it into my game this is how it looks when i use the bus facing up and downCapture.PNG

and this is good this is what i want ...... but if i use the left or right side ... well..

The Top bus is when the sprite is block by block to each other
The Lower bus is when they are a block apart

Could someone point me to a guide that can explain this situation and provide a fix, or could someone explain this using simple English words thank you very much.

English is not my first or second language.

sprites can be any size as long as you're using a single event.
Only if you split the sprite over several events then you're absolutely required to use the grid-size of 48x48 pixel to prevent that effect.

so you can either combine the parts into a single sprite of any size (in which case the collision area of the single event will be the center bottom 48x48 pixel area of the sprite), or you can re-cut the parts of the bus into three parts of exactly 48 pixel each, with the only transparency parts in front of and at the back of the bus. the middle part must be 48 pixel width without any transparency frame (those would create the splits)

Hey first of all thanks for the reply it got me thinking altho i am not sure i understood you correctly

and this is what happened when i wanted to use the sideways of the bus in a single event.

So no way i could do that in a single event, but it did get me to think about it since the image is 248 x 804
"Why don't i enlarge the Width by 3"

i got it to work so i hope this was the way you meant for me to deal with it
now the problem is that red box is a no-pass zone for my avatars how could i make the no-pass zone be inside the bus and not below it.

your problem is that you don't have a correct sprite.
A correct sprite is 3x4 cells, not 1x4 cells. As soon as you have 3x4 cells (four directions, and three frames for stepping animation in every direction) the frames will fit correctly.

and the sprite area is centered bottom as I said above. you can try to move the bus picture down inside the cell, but you need to check and make sure that this will not cause jumps while moving.
there are no ways around that unless you use a plugin to reprogram the engine.
however you can also make the event to priority below or above, only same priority blocks the player.
