RPG Maker MV Started Set

Hi,
I'm using the PS4 version of MV and found RPG Maker MV Started Set (free).
I read the product description but how do I use it, please?
Is the db automatically updated ?

You cannot add resources to either the PS4 or Switch versions of MV. Furthermore, this forum is for the PC Makers only, not the console version. We aren't technically allowed to give support for those.
