Hey guys! I'm having a bit trouble with the rpg maker mv tilesets. Since I am kind of used with the rpg maker 2k/3 tilesets, the more modern ones are way more complex and kind of harder to use for me, and now I am kind of stuck, because I am searching for 32x32 tileset templates, so i can -kind of- imitate the retro feel from the rpg maker 2k/3 series. Anyways, I hope someone can help me out with this!

    Sincere

MV cannot use 32x32 pixel tiles directly.

There is a plugin that allows you to change grid size for the game and replace the tiles with other tile sizes, but in the editor itself you can only use 48x48 pixel tilesheets. That's why even with that plugin you have to do a 48x48 variant for making the maps in the editor, even if you exchange them for the 32x32 variants with the plugin.

As for getting 32x32 based templates, just search for Ace templates.

no, there is absolutely no difference between the tilesheet structure for Ace and MV (other than the size), and B to E are identical in structure and simple grids

You still won't be able to use the Ace-sized tiles in MV, unless you resize them to match a 48x48 grid, or use the plugin Andar mentioned.

MV doesn't like tile sheets that are not exactly the right size.
