I believe it uses Windows console calls so unfortunately I'd doubt that capacity. Probably have to rewrite this for bash to have a chance, and I don't know that much of a chance at all considering the OP hasn't been around for months by now.

    Hello!
I'm trying to make it work. According to the video, everything went well. I made the key and when I finished this process, I selected the number 1 to do the apk. I left up the folders in the same place as the video. With the exception of the "Export" folder I put in C: \ instead of D: \

But I'm having several errors. The first one is this:
" 'mode' is not recognized as an internal command
or external, an operable program or a batch file."

As soon as I continue putting the information and after finishing the versions part appears this very fast:
"'xcopy' is not recognized as an internal or external command, an operable program or a batch file."

Then comes this screen that gives me this warning:

Finally, after I type the key, this screen appears:

""The system can not find the file specified""

Even so, the APKS are made, though the size is 1.44MB. When I put it on my cell phone, the screen is all black and nothing works.
    Any tips?

This looks pretty cool. I just went through the painstaking process of reinstalling windows recently, and if this will save me time and make it so I don't have to install the entirety of the android dev kit, that would be an absolute godsend. And if it can be made to properly create and work with obb files that would be even better! I'll give this a run with a sample project and see what it spits out.

I had been hoping someone would come up with either a more streamlined meathod to build the APKs, or a new player for android to just load the game files into. I'll update this post with my results.

Well, it partially works for me. On a mostly blank project, I can create the apk and install it to my device. However on a large project [600mb] it gets caught up and just kind of hangs there when trying to install, "staging app" and never gets to the point where I can actually tell it to install. I might just not be waiting long enough but I let it do its thing for about 20 minutes with no change. I did not have that issue with large apks from the normal adk meathod. But this still has a lot of promise, It was incredibly fast at packaging and signing the apk. both for my larger project and my small test project.

I'm running this on Windows 10 with an AMD FX8350 with 16GB of ram, others milage may vary, but it was nice and snappy for me.

@cedr777 I got that same error too at first when I tried to run it as admin, just running it normally made it work for me. I didn't need to do anything special it just kinda works.

what a coincidence, I'm running win 10 with an AMD FX8370e with 16 GB of ram too!
It's quite a few years old but for me it's still pretty solid.
took 2-3 mins to build project for me. (asset folder @ 600mb)

Oh that's nifty, the FX series is aging out a bit, but this setup with my evga geforce960 ftw works really well for everything I do with it right now, no real need to upgrade yet.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s8+ to test these apks on, so even larger apk files should work fine, I know the ones made with android studio and the altimit mv player project thing, those all worked without any issue for me. So I'll probably reinstall that whole setup when I get to the point where I really want to export something to android. But I really like this little setup. If I can get it to work with the larger project and actually install to my device without any issues, I might just stick with this, as it's really pretty nice.

Haven't made MBTY to work yet but for altimit, so long as you keep your resolution low, (mine was lagging at 720p, thus i cut it in half) you won't lag as much. Also noticed that my phone wasn't becoming too hot as well.
But do take note I'm using an older phone. (Galaxy S4) and a entry level one (j2 prime)

Both works with minimal lag. no audio stutter nor muted audo.

I use even lower 640 x 360. Haven't found a way to arrange the overlapping menus yet though.

    I used Yanfly's Core Engine to change resolution and;
Edit: i do use sumrndmdude's Super tools engine but the overlapping menus still persists on an exported android game
