It's designed that way, though? MV's tile resolution is meant to be larger.

Unless you mean that the map covers too much of your screen, so you wanted to zoom out more.

Hold down CTRL and use the center mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

Or, alternatively, click on these buttons to zoom in/out.

I meant as the program itself is too large. If you check the screenshot on the top right you can see how its going offscreen.

Also the icons are too big. They are like a RPG Maker tile big.

then it's not the program fault but your screen resolutions fault.

I see what he means. If you look at the icon bar on the top it get's cut off by the screen just where (What I assume to be) The plugin manager is.

Have you tried restarting your computer or adjusting your resolution size?

Ah, well, I see your problem. Your screen resolution is so small that the playtest button is half-hidden (my desktop's at 1920 x 1080 :s I've never had this problem). But that was the way it was made, so you might have to wait for an official response to this. Apologies, but I can't help you any further.

I just read your other topic on this (Not sure why you have two.) You can try editing with MV in window mode instead of fullscreen.

What are your computer's screen sizes (in pixel) and what are the Windows DPI settings - what you show is a common error if the DPI setting is too high (try 100% instead of 150%)

You can tell from the screenshot his resolution is 1024x768, and that DPI is set to 100%, you can tell easy enough.

The problem here is the computers resolution, it's too small for MV to fit on the screen.

I honestly doubt there will be an update to adjust the size of the editor window. But, you can always live in hope. A 'small icons in tool tray' might help you, though.

Do you mean that 'small icons in tool tray' is a available thing to do? Or did you just say what they could do to fix my problem. I think you mean how they could help me.

The option for small icons is not available. But, if it were, it would allow all of the icons to be seen at a smaller resolution.

Although you could just use the menu to do anything on the toolbar.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
time for a new avatar :)
