RPG Maker MV windows Deployment issues

Exporting to Android/IOS works perfectly


But when I export to windows it fails.


The progress bar stops when it reaches locales/vi.pak


I have no idea what the problem is.

It's your PC. Try closing everything but RMMV when you deploy
