RPG Maker MZ. APK signed ready.

Hi all. I can see MZ have new and very interesting options. Now, I must ask this:

- Can some one please tell me the steps and software to use in order to compile a project and signed to APK? (ready to upload it to Google store).

There are tutorials, but of them says "MZ / MV". Sorry, but, Does MV and MZ are the same?.

No, MV is the previous/older version. But they are both the only ones that can export to non-windows computers, and both use a HTML5-base to do so.
