Hello, I'm sorry if im writing in wrong channel. ( please move my thread if wrong channel )
This forum is pretty confusing and I'm not sure where i should ask, but I come with I hope simple question.

I'm C++ Programmer for many years, for last Year i was working on my own Game Engine,
I made 4 simple prototype games on it to make sure everything works fine ( Saper, Snake, PacMan, Tetrist )

Now i want to make big 2D RPG Game and i was looking for resoruces around internet.
I'm pretty good at Programming but im completly trash at making Graphic or Music :(

Thats why I come here, RPG Maker Resoruces library is very rich and beautiful, but I'm not interested in working
in RPG Maker, I'm interested in making my game only on my own Game Engine, but i would like to use RPG Maker
Resoruces ( Graphic / Sound / Music ) I could put information in my game that it's using RPG Maker resoruces ofc.

I was also trying to find somewhere contact to RPG Maker Team but well... like i said this forum is confusing.

TL:DR->Can i use RPG Maker Resoruces in non RPG Maker Game?...

you can't use rpgmkr resources in non rpgmkr products. unless the resource user agreement says it can be used in any maker. you can try open game art (free) gameart2d.com (free) craftpix.net (free/paid), itch.io (free/paid), graphic river (paid) for resources. try looking at https://letsmakegames.org/resources/art-assets-for-game-developers/ for more listings

And to explain the comment about the licence in the post above a bit more:

The RPG-Makers have resource packages called RTP that are licence-restricted to be only used in the makers themselves, because their artists are paid by the maker sales.
99% of all free resources here on the forum are or contain RTP-Edits, which means they can't be used outside the makers.

However, several of the paid resources available on the shop are not restricted in the same way.
You can actually filter the shop for "any engine OK" and it will list those resources you can purchase for use in your own engine.

always look at the licence agreements / eula of the assets / dlc's / packs you want to use ...

for the programs themself, you can read them

to give you a small quote (from the mz one) out of it:
(1) Company Assets may be used only in User Games produced with This Software.

Sadly, RM assets are RM inclusives, so you can't. But if you are looking for similar assets, try to check "LPC" labeled assets at OpenGameArt. They can be useful and are not that bad. Also there is similar assets from Pipoya on tch.io. They are very pretty and can be used in different engines.

Ooops ended up trying out making my own A2 tile page instead of testing doors everywhere. Went well so far I think.
I guess I'm done making a blue squirrel's life difficult for posting new threads on different forums.
That's just for today so don't get used to this, squirrel-ish friend! :p
Got new hard drive, now trying to install the softwares I lost to the dead drive, and more than half of them won't install because they're already installed on the dead drive, and uninstallers won't run because they can't find where their programs are installed. So I take it having a drive die on you screws you in more ways than just data loss. >:\
PC got fixed finally. Back online again. Turns out I have no business trying to self repair pcs because it was getting to like 176F / 80C. Shop installed a totally new cooling system and now it runs fine and is super quiet.
When you're making major progress, but have to stop to go to work.
