[RPG Maker Vx Ace] "Break" state according to TP rate

    Before i begin, i'm not sure it's the good place to post my problem, and sorry for my bad english ^^'

    So i wanted to use a battle system with TP use essentially : When you use a comp, TP increases, and if monster attack you, TP decreases. I want that when TP rate are below 15%, the actor take Break state, increase damage done and received.

    My problem is that i can't find a way to say " If TP are below 15%, inflected Break state"
