RPG Maker VXAce script help

Hello everyone I'm new to this website/forum how is everyone today? and quick question I'm trying to get the script made by Shaz its called super simple mouse system that lets you use mouse controls but it has things that I like about it that others don't but I cant download the link on the forum when I hit it pops up a blank website that dose nothing if anyone has a link or a game with the script in it I would be happy I really need this script ??

Questions about scripts usually go into script support, not engine support, but in this case moving it wouldn't make any sense as this is not a how-to-use problem.
