I've seen some topics on this for Ace, but not for XP. How can I change terms in RPG Maker XP that aren't under the "Words" part of the system menu(in the database), like the word "Fight" at the beginning of a battle?

You'll have to go into the script database to change some terms. For instance, to change "Fight" and "Escape", go to Window_PartyCommand and change the words in quotation marks in line 16.

@commands = ["Fight", "Escape"]Pretty much any purple text you see in any of the Window scripts can be altered to change various menu terms. Just remember to keep the quotation marks.

It's a pain to change texts in RPGXP. To speed this up a little bit, use the [Find in all sections] function you can open by CTRL+Shift+F in script editor and look for a single [ " ] to find strings (the list of results may be very long) or just search for the words you have seen ingame and want so change, you can't miss the right positions.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
