RPG Maker XP lost product key

Hello everyone,

I purchased RPG maker XP a few years back and accidentally deleted the email containing the key. I have clicked on support and sent several emails but they have yet to respond. I'm sure this isn't a super uncommon problem, losing the key, so... where can I go from here?

Support is the way to go, no one here on the forum can access the DRM database from Degica.
However, some E-Mail providers have problems with the ticket system, causing those tickets to be lost.
Please try again with an E-Mail from a different hoster,usually tickets are answered weithin three business days.
