RPG Maker XP Style Front view Battle

So I was looking around and I realized that there doesn't seem to be a true plugin that emulates XP's front view look for battles. there's one that's close that essentially does this, but the enemy animations don't hit the player. that plugin actor portraits in battle from Mr. Trivel... if anyone could make something like that where enemy animations hit the player and they flash, that'd be awesome. or anything like the pic below, I'd be grateful.

The one closest to what you are wanting is Classic II... number 10 down the list.
