My computer screen size 1920X1080 is.
If your screen size is that large and you're still getting the display in the screenshot of the first post, then you're working at a zoom of probably 150%.
That is a fact.
If your DPI setting from Windows is 100%, then the zoom has to come from something else, and you need to find that "something else" to disable that zoom.
At this point we can give only limited advice, because we simply don't know your computer.
Either you have installed a program that creates that zoom (you need to check this in system properties on the installed programs), or you enabled the "helping the disabled"-functions in Windows, which is another point where Windows can be set to zoom (in that case, to increase display for people with bad eyesight).
I really suggest you ask around in your family and among your friends to find someone who knows a bit more about computers and have that person check your computer for those options. If you absolutely can't find someone like that among your friends, look for technical students in a nearby university, those usually help a lot cheaper than professional help.
