[rpg2003] Skills grayed out even if MP's enough

Hi guys, i'm trying out a battle in RPG Maker 2003 and however when i attempt using a skill i have, it's already grayed out even thought i have enough MP to use!

Here are the settings for that skill:

Any ideas how it didn't work?

RM2k3 has this weird thing that if a skill is set to a Weapon type element (versus a Magic type element), you NEED to have a weapon that has that element checked off in its own Attack Element section in order to use the skill.


Go ahead and equip that character with a weapon that includes the Bare Attack Element checked off and see if that fixes it!
