    More clearly:
Can I use the RTP files in Blender to make a scene, render aforementioned scene and then use the render in my RM game using the RPG Maker Engine?

Would that be a violation of the EULA? Or would it be similar to opening the RTP files in an editor, changing them to suit your need and then placing the edited files in your game?

I think that as long as you use the end result in rpg maker only then it's fine. The license agreement just prevents you from publishing games that use rtp resources in a different engine. So if you're game is published using rtp assets in the rpg maker engine you're fine no matter how many edits you made.

In the end, you're using it for RM engine, so it's fine. If importing to blender is prohibited, it might as well as prohibited to be edited in any image editor software.
