RTP Recolours for NPC Sprites

[Kaimi]

Since there is an awfully small selection of NPC sprites in the RTP I decided to take it upon myself to create recolours of them. More recolours will appear over time.

You are also free to add your recolours in the thread as well and I will integrate them into this post if you won't mind. This will it will make everyone's lives even a tiny bit easier.
