Can some some one teach me how to edit the order gauge to be vertical instead of horizonal

I want the order gauge to show at top of battle screen in vertical.

( I'm noob at ruby script, Pease help

The actors alway use the sprite from database.

Is there any way to get GRAPHIC to apply to actors? I want to use some dynamic poses instead of the standard.
