If an enemy has an attack element other than physical/normal attack and the victim is guarding. Wouldn't the damage be reduced? I was just hit by an earth enemy on my earth based character in guard and the damage did 126. When not in guard, it hit for 125. I checked the state and the features are as they should be:
Features special flag guard
and a counter rate of 10%

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
