Not really sure how to word the subject or where to list it, but;
Does anyone know if these tiles are allowed commercially/non-commercially?
I have looked and looked, and the only place I can seem to find that might have had the answers is rpgmakervx.net (which is no longer around).
I found the resources from this link: http://www.taringa.net/comunidades/rpgmakervx/6453360/Aporte-Tiles-Samurai.html
I'd love to use them, but I need to know if I can use them commercially or not. All I can tell is that someone called "Aporte" might have made them.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
