Hi there, I purchased the RPG Maker yesterday and had a great deal of fun messing with my first project last night. This morning I showed my game to my son and he wanted to add kitties and things like this. So long story short, I wanted to try to save my game as a new name, so that I could begin a game with him still utilizing all of the work I had done on my game with the database, but now just a test file to mess with, a test file with a different name that will not interfere with my actual game?
This way, when I want to go back to my old save file and work on my actual game (without the kitties) I can just load my old file. Currently not seeing an option for this. Seems I can only "save" which will make any changes to kitty land affect my actual game.
So how can I save this version I am working on with the kitties as something like "Kitty Adventure" and break it off from my actual working file that I intend building my game (without kitties in the starting room).
Thanks!
