Save BGM/Replay BGM Glitch

For some reason, these two event functions are working odd, or shall I say the Replay BGM.

I save a BGM and have a music randomizer in my debug room. An event that would use these and then returning to the music randomizer just plays the BGM that was last saved. 

I don't know of any plug-ins that make use of these functions.

I in fact removed all my plug-ins to test these features and i still experience this error.

And this is for RPG Maker MV.

It sounds like it's working exactly as it should - unless I'm misunderstanding your description.

You are meant to use Save BGM, and it will save the BGM that's currently playing as well as its current position.

Then you use the Replay BGM command and it resumes that saved BGM from the position it was at when you ran the Save BGM command.

You can play as many other BGMs between the two as you want, but Replay BGM will always put you back at what was playing when you used Save BGM.

If that's not what's happening, you might need to be a bit more clear in your explanations of what you expect to happen and what actually is happening.

Here's what I've done:

  1. Talk to an event that saves BGM
  2. It'll play its BGM normally
  3. Goes back to playing map BGM
  4. Random Music plays previous BGM or goes or goes silent

Sorry about that. Thought that it was engine-related.

Sometimes it works fine. Most of the time it doesn't, even with the same steps I've taken.

Can you show your event?  It's just a bit confusing because you talk about "its" BGM and "map" BGM and "random" BGM.  It's just better if we can SEE what you've done.

And you still don't say what you expect to happen.

Now I feel so stupid. It wasn't a glitch! It was me forgetting to remove a script command from an effect in Yanfly's Chase where the music changes when the PC is being chased.

So sorry for the trouble. This was embarrassing.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
