Hei, moi & terve! All of those are used to say 'hello' in Finnish, although the last one literally means 'healthy'. Take your pick. :p

If you want to be more formal, you can use 'hyvää päivää' ('good day') during the day or 'hyvää iltaa' during the evening, and for sort of middle ground level of politeness, you can drop the 'good' part and just say 'päivää' or 'iltaa'.

How y'all doin, is hello in Georgian(US).

a few extras:
Y'all come back now, is goodbye.
Don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya, is the informal form of goodbye.
and "Bless your heart" is loosely translated to "**** you"

I'm not an expert so I might be mistaken, but I think the confusion must have arisen from there being a "scottish gaelic" and an "irish gaelic" (as far as I know). As I understand they're both branches of the same general language but surely there must be notable differences. Think portuguese vs spanish or spanish vs catalan, I guess?
It's more like the romantic languages - French, Italian, Spanish etc all share the common root of Latin but are separate languages. An Irish speaker would not be able to understand Scottish Gaelic without learning the language.

In Scottish Gaelic you'd say "Halò" and in Scots you'd say "Hullo".

That would be: Griasti!

Believe it or not, this is a German dialect, Tyrolean to be precise.
