Scaling Battle Rewards : 2.0.0
Author : Chaucer

Introduction :
With this plugin installed, you'll be able to define the level of your games enemies, and with that, you'll be able to scale the
amount of exp, and gold the player gets from them! You can make it so that the player gets less exp from enemies under his level, while he gains more exp from enemies that are above his level, or the opposite if you want!

As an added bonus this plugin comes with a way define a static EXP requirement for next level, in short, if this feature is
enabled, the player will need the same amount of exp to reach level 99, as he needed to reach level 2! This feature was inspired the game series dot hack. Each individual system can either be enabled or disabled in order to fit your project, so if you don't want one of the features in your game, but you want the rest, just disable the one you don't want!

Features :
  • Give each enemy their own level.
  • Scale Exp based on the level difference between the player and the enemy.
  • Scale Gold based on the level difference between the player and the enemy.
  • Create a custom drop table of any size for all enemies.
  • Scale drop rate of items for each enemy.
  • Drops can require switches/variable values in order to be dropped.
  • Static Exp Requirement.

Nice work! Would it be possible to add a feature in the future where higher leveled enemies have better chances of dropping specified items?

It's definitely possible, I'll add this to my todo list when I get a chance to update the plugin. :)

I have a minor update sorry @Vassim74 it's not the one you were hoping for :( but I'll do my best to get to it soon! This is just a minor update to resolve the issue with exp and gold being gained in float values( example : 102.39012 ), sorry I didn't catch the error sooner. :x

● Date : 20/04/2019

I'm getting the error: "deadMembers is not defined." Any idea what the cause is?

EDIT: Also, when I try to pause the game I get a different error: "Failed to execute 'createLinearGradient' on 'CanvasRenderingContext2D': The provided double value is non-finite."

"Yeah. It's been a rough road lately. But that's the thing about the Rangers. It doesn't matter how hard it gets, or how many of them fall. They never stop fighting. The Rangers NEVER stop fighting".

Angela Deth, you are a hero of mine. Sorry for my first run of Wasteland 3.

asking this here instead of the thread in question to avoid derailing it, but I'm curious; is there a particular reason you'd include a "Terms of Use" for an RPG Maker game? Like, are there multiplayer features for the game you're working on?

I don't understand people sometime. Walking to work today came across someone walking the opposite way in a nice suit, I politely move to the side into the shrubbery so he doesn't have to get his suit dirty and say "good morning" as he passes me, he turns around glaring daggers and asks "why are you talking to me?" like he's bloody offended by me wishing him a good morning or something. Just, why?
