Only eight days since the last update ?! Well, we French people are for now confined at home to reduce the propagation of the Covid-19. While I'm remote working at home, I also manage to work on my game at the same time. So, here is the new mission
This time you can explore Jigoku, the ice hell which was visited in mission II.9. You won't find tough enemies in there, but your brain will be submitted to several mazes. I recommend to take a pen and a paper and write the path you go through, if you don't want to remain lost forever
Here comes a new mission, the last primary mission of chapter II of the game ! Now only one mission remains for this chapter, the bonus mission. While I'm preparing that mission, you should finish all secondary missions with 100% to be ready for the next patch
I don't know how fast this mission will come, since we're being confined until May 11th, at least.
I'm stuck at the mission "Flotin's father": I can't 'Find the enemy base'. I made it to the abandoned lab, but I don't know where to continue... what did I miss?
And is there any Discord server where I could ask such questions?
A small patch this time, for the huge number of fixes in the French and English language files. I used an app called Grammarly to improve English translation. Of course, some typos or other mistakes must remain, but this is an improvement.
I also edited a part of the Tiutoryol planet tileset, to make the cliffs smoother than before.
The next patch will take more time, as it will bring the beginning of chapter III
UPDATE - Version 4.18: Chapter III - Past and Future
Here comes the beginning of chapter III! This chapter introduces new mission types; memory missions, which tell the story of past events. More than half of this chapter will be memory missions. While missions 1 and 2 are available with this patch, you cannot complete the first mission yet. That mission will be done once all memories missions are over.
Now, have fun, it's time to discover old events before we dive into the future...
Here we come with the second memory mission. This time, you already know what will happen, since those events have been spoken of during chapter I. However, you do not know all the details and what exactly happened. Have fun with that
Fourth memory mission, done in a few days. I wanted this to be done before MV, so I skipped some sleep here and there to work at maximum efficiency. Don't think the mission is shorter, there are some mazes and traps here and there in that one

One uncomfortable truth that has withstood the test of time, is how most people will stand by while they see a crime happening, unless it's illegal to stand by. We probably wouldn't have stories about "special heroes" or games about heroes if the "everyday common folk" were largely capable of being heroes. Heroes face dangers that most people are not willing to.
I'm having toooo much fun designing the new MP (Mental Psyche) system. I've only worked it out for enemies so far, but it's fun to stun them, then go after their MP and delete them instead to farm for better item drops.
