Ok so this definitely needs explanation. I'm looking for a script (if that's what I'd use, sorry) that'll allow me to add or remove files from the game folders.
My plan for the game is to have the main character 'mess with the files' throughout the gameplay. This is because the story behind my character is that they can interact with the player's world and she knows she is in a game. So an example of what I'd like to do is: At the start of the game there is a narrator that insults my character as they narrate so, being annoyed with the narrator, my character removes the narrator from the game. I have a pop up message to say this but is there anyway I could actually add a file called 'narrator' to the game folders and have it delete itself.
Another example would be if the player makes a decision which results in the death of the main character a notepad file would appear in the games folders to say something like 'why did you kill me?'
I would just add the files to the folder and keep them there but I think It'd give a lot of depth to the game if I could add and remove multiple files.
If this doesn't make sense at all I can try harder to make it more clear for you below.
Thank you.
