Script or way to add Custom Size Character Sprites?

I've been looking around the scripts master list and I've had a little bit of a trouble trying to find any kind of way to add a custom script or even way to change the charatcer sprite size from the standard 32x32.

My question comes down to is there a current script or work around that does this?

And if not whether or not I'll have to make a script for this?

you didn't find one because you don't need a script for this - any size of sprites is supported by default, have a look at the "BigMonster"-Sprites in the RTP.


you just need to make the spritesheet with a regular and resized grid.


What you cannot do is resize the grid, which means that the larger sprites will take more space on screen while still having only 32x32 pixel collision areas.

You could also have found the answer by doing a search for Custom Sprites or similar terms. Quite a few people have asked about larger sprites.
