I cannot get the script to work at all now,
You now configured the script to correctly work with a switch (believe me, letting it set to 1 would have caused more problems down the road), but ALL switches are OFF by default. Which means that you need to add a "control switch[100] = ON" to your first intro event on the first map. Then the script will run again (unless you made some other changes to it).
Then you need a second switch "stay transformed" and change your common event to something similiar to the attached picture.

And whenever you switch ON that new switch, the actor will stay transformed after the battles...

(you can use ctrl-x ctrl-v to move the commands, I changed your event to the one in the picture in about ten or twenty seconds)

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
