Okay so I wasn't sure if this should go here or in Resource Requests.  I'm not technically requesting someone make me anything so I thought it might just go here.  Mods, please move it if it's not in the right place.

Good, now that that's done.  I'm looking for a tileset.  The author I believe has a Japanese name on rpgmaker.net or possibly these forums.  I believe ksjp told me about him a while ago and I never downloaded the tileset due to it needing some third party app or something to install them (I don't remember the small details).  I remember that they were gorgeous and matched with Mack's tileset which is what I'm using.  I really don't want to make an entire game out of his tileset so I'm really just looking for existing tilesets that match his style and are full tilesets, not reworks, recolors or the like.  I need varying tiles matching varying scene types (dungeon, outdoor, indoor, snowy, fields, grassy areas, forests, catacombs, etc.)

So if ANYONE can point me in the right direction for both of those things...or even just one...I'd really appreciate it.  Hope you're all doing well as I've been away from my game for a long time now.  Work has really consumed all the free time I had (go figure).

You did post in resource requests, which is the correct place ;)

You're going to have to give an actual description of the tileset you're after. All you've said is that they match Mack's tileset. Not really a lot to go on.

If you could remind me of the context/thread where I made the suggestion, I might be able to remember what I said - don't guarantee it, though.

Ah, wow...it was a long time ago.  It MAY have been a PM but I went through all the ones I have between you and I but I couldn't find it.  So then I thought MAYBE Game & Map Screenshots 3 around page...40 something?  That's totally just a guess though.

@Shaz: Thanks man!  And yeah honestly I got nothing more than the fact that it used to (or still does?) require a step in between importing in order to get it to work with VXA and that the user has a Japanese sounding username.  Sorry it's so vague.  I should have just downloaded them when I saw it.

If you cannot remember what that tileset was about, then there is a good chance that you can't fit it into your game anyway.
Simply because the tileset needs to fit into the theme of your game and your maps.

Or in other words:

You didn't even tell if your game is fantasy, contemporary or SciFi - and if the tileset you're looking for is for a mountain map, a beach map, a city map or whatever.

If you don't remember even that info about the tileset, then there is a good chance that you'll see it and think "Oh, they're really good - but they don't fit into my game".

Now please try again to answer Shaz' question: what kind of tileset are you looking for? A futuristic City tileset or a medieval forest tileset or what kind?

After that we can point you to similiar tilesets in hope to have the same you remember...

It was definitely Fantasy and there were, I believe, multiple tilesets within this one post the user made.  I think I remember seeing some tree type things, buildings...a bunch of stuff.  It was a very long and detailed post.  And I definitely remember thinking, "I would definitely use these if it wasn't for that step in between importing."  But then someone mentioned that you don't need to even do that step anymore and I just never downloaded them.

Lunarea has shared a lot of tilesets. Maybe one of hers?

Definitely not.  The username has a distinct Japanese sounding name.  It starts with an H or K I think.  Not absolutely positive though.

Sounds like Hanzo Kimura's set, but all he did was assemble tiles that other artists created. And they're not all done in the same style as FSM/Mack tiles, though I guess the palettes match up.

YES THAT'S IT!  I LOVE YOU!

eghm...it's okay if they're not all the same style.  I just want to take a second look and see if I can use them.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
