FREE Searching for people to develop a game.

I am the Creator of my fangame based on manga series Jinrou Game. My game won't be related to these series.
The game is going to be free, since I don't have any money for paying. But, our team decided to make the game payable, so everyone would have their salary. Our team is small, but it's just because we've started working only in August!~
Our RPG Maker MV game won't be the "another pixel game", because:
1. The game will have VA's, cutscenes, original soundtrack and characters.
2. The atmosphere in the game is going to thrill players with unexpected events (16+).
3. The team is full of optimistic people, whose goal is to take care of each other first.
4. International communications with other countries (still in process).

So, the game is still in developing, and we NEED to have people, such as:
1. BG Artist for cutscenes
2. Promo Artist (Main Screen and other assets)
3. Composers
4. VA's
5. Tilesets Artist

I lost my good mic but will be getting another soon. After this, I could probably voice act if you need someone of my voice style. I have a higher pitch natural voice. I can do deep voices too though (versatile range). Here is a sample (it's me singing):
