So what happened with it?
its been more than a year and they never released it

Probably just trying to get as many people to buy the season pass as possible before dividing them, I bought it for the kid parts alone and even accounting for the fact I'll never use the other three parts it was still well worth the price just to not have to wait years for quality kid parts.

I think they are asking where is the standalone version of it? Which is a good question as I think only DLC 1 was ever released as standalone.

This just makes me glad I bought the Season Pass! Besides, most of the stuff, while I don't use, is good content that I keep in my archive until I do need it.

It should be added to your generator folder automatically. Check the kid generator parts.

@Poryg is correct. Final DLC is automagically added to your generator folder in Steam. However, if you own both the Steam and standalone versions, you can literally copy over the generator folder from the Steam version that has the kid DLC to the standalone. Simply override as it asks and you're set! Makes it easy.

And just to clarify, if you have more than one outfit available for the kid generator, you have it. Anyone who has not added generator parts for kids would only have one option, I believe.
