I'm looking for an artist to work with me on updating the graphics in a series of science fiction adventure games. I developed these games non-commercially in RPG Maker VX Ace, but I've had some commercial interest in them so I'm looking to replace the graphics which aren't commercially licensed, and generally to update the games with a commercial release in mind.

The four games in this series follow the adventures of Captain Gail Pilgrim as she pilots her transport ship across the galaxy. They are done in the style of old-fashioned point and click adventures, and the focus is on narrative and puzzle-solving. You can download and play the current free versions of these games and find more detailed information at http://www.pilgrimadventures.com.

This would be a shared royalties, creative partnership kind of deal, and hopefully we could work on further games together in the future. While your focus would be on the artwork, I would welcome input in other areas as well.

Requirements

This could be quite an extensive project, depending on whether you want to redo all of the graphics in your own style or just replace the assets that need replacing. My preference would be to work with one equal partner on this, but they would need to be able to create quite a wide variety of graphics. The minimum requirements would include:

- Various Sci-fi Tilesets (consoles, tables, crates etc.)

- Some robot sprites and faces

- External spaceship graphics

And these things would be optional, but desirable:

- Backgrounds

- Human character faces

If you're interested, please contact me at teknofobe70@hotmail.com so we can discuss it further. Some samples of your work would be greatly appreciated.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
