Seeking help with creating a title

This is vaguely connected to a script, and I was advised that this is the closest thread to what I seek, relating to making my title page. Namely, I guess I need to make something called an ugoira. Namely, I want to simulate a gif affect on my title page, but VX Ace does not allow that, so I was told to use a Ruby script called GIF Animation Player v1.0 (RGSS3), but I don't have photoshop and even if I did I don't know how to do this, but having heard what is required, it might not be that hard, maybe just a bit time consuming.

I would be willing to credit whoever puts this together for me in my game credits for their contribution.

That being said, what is an ugoira?

As I've been told, it's when you take .gif files and break them apart frame by frame and save them as separate .png files, and then you lay those images down on top of another image and then create a string of files.

The ruby script above would then supposedly make my title look animated by looping through those .png files

As you can tell by the image and the gifs I attached, I am making a rwby fangame, it has the working title "Forgotten Lore"

If someone decides to assist me with this task, then I can discuss the plot and premise in greater detail if it will help him or her to create the title. If I am completely honest, the map of remnant is the best image I found that looked like it might make an okay title screen, but I am not intimately determined to use that picture if someone proposes something that they consider to be better.

I have contacted Rooster Teeth and they gave me the okay to make a fan game on the condition that I do not profit from it, so that is my intent.
