Select Thumbnail... Invalid?!

Hello!

So I made an image and converted it into bmp file. When I try to select thumbnail, it says "Please select a valid BMP image."

On the other hand, I don't even know what the thumbnail is about. Is it the game icon or something? I'm using RPG Maker VX Ace btw. Help me please.

that thumbnail is part of the steam workshop functions, like everything else on that screen (it doesn't even exist in the Ace standalone, only in the steam version)

it will only be used if you upload the project to the steam workshop, then it will become the thumbnail there.
As such, it needs to conform to the size requirements of the steam workshop to be usable (check there, I don't remember the numbers)
