Selection not working

When I try to select multiple tiles in the editor, or by right clicking on the map, only one of the tiles will appear when I place it. This just started happening randomly, it didn't coincide with adding any new plugins or anything. The only thing new is a lot more tilesets, but even those were working until just now. I tried creating a new project, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the program, and it's still doing this. Has anyone else had this problem, and can it be fixed? The version I'm using is 1.5, and my laptop is a Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

EDIT: never mind, I just realized it was because I still had it set to the rectangle tool. *facepalm*

Make sure you have the editor set to pencil mode. Any other mode will only let you select one tile at a time, and disables right clicking.
