Selling only 1 Key Item

I'm wondering if there is any way to limit the number of a specific item that a shop can sell. I ask because I'm trying to have a vendor sell a Key Item, but obviously I only want there to be one. However, you can still buy multiple at a time. Is there a plugin that can handle this?
