So, I'm trying to figure out a means of having equipment able to go into different slots or has multiple types, sorta like a weapon/armor version of Yanfly's multi-type skill plugin. Currently, the only way I can get this to work is using a several pieces of equipment (say an axe, a pistol, a shield, and a helmet) and using a crafting system (specifically Yanfly's Synthesis at the moment) to cycle through them as the different forms.

Think there's a more elegant way to do this, like a crafting system that supports multiple recipes for the same item or a plugin with the same idea that has a different name, or do I have it as the the most in-game efficient way possible?

What exactly do you want to achieve? What I get from your first statement was that you want equips to be usable on multiple slots (so like a headgear being placed in armor slot), then on your next paragraph, you seem to want a crafting system that can use multiple recipes per item...

So, what I'm trying to achieve is the former, but not just with armor going into different armor slots but like weapons turning into armor. Think of it like liquid metal shifting between being a sword and an armored tunic.

I brought up crafting systems because, as of the moment, using one to trade the different 'forms' around is the only way I can do this with my low level of programming skills.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
