Heya, I've got some troubles here...
I would like there to be fog every time I'm not driving an airship, and the fog should disappear if I enter the airship.
The problem on this event is that the fog stays static since the parallel process keeps on updating it.
Anyone know how to solve this? I'd like the fog to move normally when I'm out of my airship. I think it might be possible to solve this without scripting using switches etc, but I just can't figure it out.

RMMV
It's because you're erasing or showing the fog every single time instead of only once when the player enters or leaves the airship. Allocate a switch called FogOn, and change your event as follows:

Code:
Conditional Branch: Airship is Driven
Conditional Branch: Switch FogOn is ON
    Script: erase_fog(1)
    Control Switches: FogOn = OFF
  End
Else
Conditional Branch: Switch FogOn is OFF
    Script: show_fog(....)
    Control Switches: FogOn = ON
  End
End
I think that's it ... it's saying if you are driving the airship and the fog is showing, then erase the fog, or if you are not driving the airship and the fog is NOT showing, then show it. So it's only showing/erasing once instead of repeatedly.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
