I think it looks cool, though if you could do me a quick favor, if possible, remove the "Home Sweet Home" words and make them in a separate file? If that isn't possible, that is still cool.

I am still using the words silly, but I have modified version of the title screen which needs the words or 'logo' separate from the actual title image, because it has a wave effect, and I also wanted it higher up. :>
I am using everything, probably resizing it to fit my screen res.

In that title specifically, I did not want to Stonesearch word to obscure the main part of the background image. Again, I am requesting the logo be separate from the title image because I want the wave effect to be present and the ability to control it's position on the title screen to be present as well.
Alrighty, well I guess there are improvements that could be made. That font kinda is on the urban side, IMO.
Suggestions for a replacement font: (if you or your art friends believe that particular font setup looks bad, then proceed to the next font on the list and try that out)
Hey Shin, good work in here, my friend! I was mulling over making a request for an HK title screen, but the game doesn't have a title yet. (Might wait until further into development for that) can I make a request without one for now? And pm you when I have a title for it?
I would appreciate anyone who already got a request finished to add this to their sig.
@ kingmakerspider Well I have to have some kind of details to work with. I need waht logo you might want or at least the background image or something. I don't know if you could just reserve a spot? Maybe for now just call it kingmakerspider's Project?
Shingamix, your cabinet resource links to a forum people have to register to see. We're okay with resources being linked off-site, but not if it requires extra registration steps. Not only will most people find it annoying, but it seems like a sneaky way to get people to join your forum and bypass the no-advertising competing forums rule. So, either provide the resource with a direct link, or remove it altogether and advertise in your signature only.
And please provide sources for the background images you're using. Thank you.
Of course, I was going to fill in the form with everything I could and would just leave the logo and title of the game for later, since it is an HK screen after all. Assuming this sounds good to you, I'll put in a full request tomorrow when I'm around my computer...

Like I mentioned before, I'll be doing this in segments, but seeing as it is an HK Animated screen,
that shouldn't be an issue. I think...
Concept / Idea:
Now, a bit about my concept of the background--If this doesn't sound good to you, make anything
you desire in its place...
It's an empty narrow street that stretches from the viewers point of view straight into the background.
To either side of this street, is lined with building after building with seemingly no alleys or other possible routes to go down.
Close to the viewer, is the main character. (There are reference images just below this explanation)
He's facing off into the distance, (away from the viewer, back turned in the image) but you can tell by his trench-coat (that is tearing in the
shoulders and at the ends...) and by his stance, that he is weary from battle.
Possibly give him an arm wound and some minor droplets of blood behind him... showing the viewer his path (which is slowly, straight into the horizon down that road)
Maybe a note about posing.... his right arm should be the injured one (if any) and it should hang at his side, nearly limp, with a handgun in it... his other arm can
reach for and clutch his injured arm.
Meanwhile, in the distance, either a horde of creatures awaiting him... or the path and buildings fading into unnatural darkness
with some small eyes trained on him from the distance.
Now as far as the movement is concerned (between the two images the script uses)... I don't know what to do. and if you can't make the two moving screens work to your favor with this, then I guess I'll use the still image version.
As far as the part for highlighting what menu option the cursor is on, use anything you think of that's fitting to you. Fonts are discussed below, on your form. IDEA, maybe you could give it an old film kinda look, like
the film itself has little vertical lines that move throughout the 'frames' of the hypothetical film reel. i dunno...
Setting: Modern day, what seems to be an empty city. What exists now, in the real world, likely exists in the game world setting too.
Here are the only reference images I have for the character in this background:
the first image is very rough, and should actually have a brown, duster style trench-coat. The sprite's hair and coat are vastly more accurate, but small... so i included the face just in case.
Titles: The game is currently untitled, so we'll just leave the 'title' image blank for now, yeah?
Font: I don't have a preference, but the game is a survival/'horror' game similar to the silent hill
series. So any creepy font will do whether it's someting like the Chiller font or just something
old-style gothic. (just in case there IS text.)
Logo: Won't need this until the title is decided upon.
Type: HK Animated title screen, and I'm hoping that means you'll be doing the menu images too!
... and I was beginning to think the 'font' section above wasn't needed yet, silly me.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
