Not sure where to post this, so my apologies in advance.

I just saw a picture somewhere on the internet with a very nice ship tileset. I wonder if this is an official DLC (I haven't found it in the DLC list) or if it is made by a specific artist. Could somebody help me find the original source? I'd like to buy it

It might be Avery's. She's made a few ship parts.

@Orb, I posted on this too and I think it was moved to Product Discussion and Support.
https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/ship-on-japanese-rpg-maker-mv-site.73755/

That ship is from the Japanese tkool website. No one answered whether it could used by non-Japanese RMMV users in that thread, so I recently asked Customer Support directly at rpgmakerweb (where I bought RMMV). They said they were going to check the terms of use, but I haven't heard back yet.

But yes, Avery has also made a slightly different ship.

Looks very similar to the one she posted on her thread at MV Resources, but it's not the same

That would explain why it was so hard for me to find the source. I checked the link from which the tileset can be downloaded and just sent it to a Japanese friend of mine to translate it for me. It'd be a shame if is not available for non-Japanese makers though that may not be the case. So far, it seems to be free to use, but is better to be certain.

Please let me know if you get any feedback. I will surely edit this post as soon as I get a response from my friend

Resource Support is for getting help with the creation of, or deployment of, assets.

Is there any complete guide to know where to post certain questions or requests? The same question was asked before and it was moved to a different sub-forum. Just wondering since some sub-forums don´t have specifications about how or what to post other than the title (which can be ambiguous).

Thanks

Questions about this particular asset is an odd case of belonging in both places, they ended up differently due to differences in phrasing. Each one was asking about a slightly different thing. Where to find resources is Resource Requests, getting information from Degica on their resources is product discussion and support. The desktop site has a description of each section, and the pinned topics go into greater detail, but we understand that it can be confusing and things need to be moved sometimes. All we care about is if you're trying to get it in the right place. Placing threads in the right place is important, since different people hang out in different sections, placing things in the wrong place means that you're less likely to get the attention you need from someone who could help.

Makes sense, thank you for clarifying

@SeaPhoenix As a side note, my Japanese friend just read the terms and apparently the ship can be used only for non-commercial purposes.

@Orb thanks for the update! Will let you know if I hear anything from Customer Support.

Edit: @Orb I just heard back from the Customer Support representative at rpgmakerweb.com, after she checked the terms of the ship. Here's what she said: "The ship can be used commercially and non-commercially, and may be used outside Japan. Please do not distribute, and credit KADOKAWA." Hope this helps!

Heh, heh. I've been experimenting with a naughty word detector Common Event and using scripts to check certain strings. I never thought I would see such language in computer code. I would post a screen shot, but it probably wouldn't be appropriate, even with a Spoiler. But it certainly makes me laugh and it works great.
Yknow what? Im seriously considering recruiting a manager to oversee my games development.
Because I cannot focus or complete these tasks by myself. I need someone to give me orders, without having them be my boss.
